Mustard Seed which is part of Fontbonne Ministries offers a welcoming environment and safe space for social connection, creativity, wellness, spiritual enrichment, food access and to develop life skills. The charity was founded in 2000 by the Sisters of St. Joseph of Toronto, a community of women who, through their compassionate presence, respond to various needs.
